Enquiries

Calling or messaging us shares the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, appliance issue and service address. We use it to respond, arrange service and handle follow-up. WhatsApp and your phone provider process communications under their own policies.

Website reviews

With your consent, we collect and publish your name, optional locality, rating and review. Please do not include private contact details. Reviews are moderated for spam, personal information and relevance, regardless of rating. Ask us to remove your review at any time.

Technical records and retention

Hosting providers may retain access and security logs. The review backend stores a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for abuse prevention; it does not store the raw address in the review table. Abuse-prevention records are removed after 30 days. Approved reviews are kept until removed or no longer needed. Pending reviews should be processed within 90 days. Enquiry information is kept as needed for service, disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Third-party services

This package does not enable advertising or analytics cookies by default. Google Maps or review links, when configured, open Google services with their own privacy policies. If analytics or advertising tracking is added, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated first.
